Depending on the nature of the engagement or circumstances of collection, q4 financial may disclose your personal information to entities overseas to fulfil the purpose for which the personal information was collected, or a related or ancillary purpose or otherwise in accordance with the Privacy Act. The countries to which such disclosures are made, and types of personal information disclosed, depend on the specific circumstances of the engagement. In some circumstances, we use third party service providers. These service providers are typically located in Sri Lanka, Vietnam or the Philippines.

In most cases, our offshore team is logging into our Australian systems, with the same security standards as our onshore team. However, q4 financial has ensured that any offshore providers are utilise state-of-the-art facilities, with tight security and an inability to extract any client data from the office.

q4 financial Pty Ltd reserves the right to make amendments to this Privacy Policy at any time. 

Accessing Your Personal Information

You have a right to access your personal information, subject to exceptions allowed by law. If you would like to do so, please let us know. You may be required to put your request in writing for security reasons. q4 financial Pty Ltd reserves the right to charge a fee for searching for, and providing access to, your information on a per request basis.
